THIS YEAR MY MOTOR MOUNTS HAVE BROKEN 6 TIMES AND IT SUCKED BEING WITHOUT A CAR. I WAS FINALLY TOLD BY A VW SHOP THAT THEY SOLD A BRM BRACKET THAT REINFORCES THE MOTOR. NOW WHY WOULD THEY MAKE A BRACKET IF THEIR WAS NOT ISSUES WITH THE ENGINE. IT MAKES NO SENSE. FIX YOUR PROBLEMS VW. MY CAR HAS NOT BROKEN THE MOTOR MOUNTS SINCE I PUT THE BRACKET ON AND THAT'S BEEN A MONTH AND HALF AND BEFORE THAT THEY WERE BREAKING EVERY MONTH. I PLAN ON DRIVING MY CAR UNTIL IT IS DEAD SO IF THE CAR LAST 300,000 MILES THEN THAT'S GREAT BUT VW SHOULD FIX THE PROBLEMS
