fuel pump failing
when car is low on fuel ( less than 1/4 tank) car will lose power at highway speeds. unresponsive to gas pedal input, rpm drags car and slows it down significantly. going into neutral doesnt help. it feels like a heavy engine brake but i have not down shifted
