This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
The front passenger side door was damaged during a collision. The door was repaired and painted. The paint fumes are very strong in the passenger cabin of the vehicle.
The rear window motor does not function. When the problem was assessed by the dealer, they said that it was no longer under warranty and that it would cost $350 to fix the motor. The motor was taken out of the door until we decide when or how to take care of this matter. It is a manufacturers defect and the cost should be covered by them. The check engine light comes on frequently and is often taken to the dealership for a check-up. When taken to the dealer, they replied that there was nothing wrong.
Right/rear window not working. Dealer could not fix. Did not have part. I could not get to the dealership when part came in. Went to another dealer for basic service and was told they would put a window motor in, but they would have to charge me, it was out of warranty.
