After the water pump was replaced, the engine continued leaking coolant, albeit slowly. The reservoir overheated then cracked while I was on the interstate one afternoon, spraying coolant all over the engine bay, and forcing me to pull over and call a family member to bring coolant to me roadside.
Certainly a nuisance, but no engine damage seemed to be done other than an electric connector attached to the reservoir housing. This also needed to be rewired and replaced.
The repairs were covered under warranty for the cost of my $250 deductable.
