First this car thought I should go on a diet and now this car has decided to cut a b**. Unfortunately my husband ended up bearing the brunt of this one. His poor finger. The trim around the gear shifter nob and tray has delaminated and now poses a serious safety hazard. Shocking how quickly this car has started falling apart. I expected more from Volkswagen. Maybe it had something to do with the excessive heat due to the air conditioning problem from before, not sure, but it seems that the interior should stay in tact.
Just in case you were wondering, the bleeding eventually did stop after superglue, bandages, and 10 hours (he refused to get stitches as we were on vacation).
