Join the Facebook group for the VW Alltrack. Then you will sadly see how prevalent this issue is and how poor VW's response has been.
After having my experience and hours of reading others experiences on Facebook & Reddit, I believe it's a wielding issue that's not easily fixed, if at all. A dealership can place a bandage on the issue, but the leaks will come back.
Leads to mold, sagging roof, electrical problems, condensation on the inside windshield (visibility safety) and terrible resale values.
I cannot emphasis enough how common this issue is, as if its every Alltrack from 2017, 2018 & 2019. If yours has not leaked already, it probably will.
