When driving the car would have a misfire (per the codes pulled from the dealer) stutter and have a loss of performance that was very noticeable and light up the EPC notification until the car was turned off and back on again. I reported my safety concerns to customer service and vehemently requested to be released from my financial obligation to the car and receive a refund of the money I put down. When the misfire happened this time, I was making a left hand turn when the car started shuddering and moved very slowly with traffic coming at me from the other lane. I barely missed causing an accident because of this problem. This is also the 3rd time I have had this problem with less than 2,800 miles on the car. I am awaiting a response from VW Corporate.
