I bought car new(87 Miles) in May 2015. A few months later I had it in to fix a sour smell when the AC was used and turned off.
On June 29, 2016 I had the car serviced again and even though it is still under warranty I paid 162.07 to have the AC worked on again. I was told that this would be a better option then just the standard service under warranty.
I is just over a month since the service and work was done. I love the car but I am tired of the smell. When it is over 90 degrees I should not have to think about turning the AC on because of the smell when I turn it off.
I did make a comment about this on the evaluation I was sent after the work was done. I did request a call from VW America, buy have heard nothing.
I have been driving for 40 years. Never had this problem before.
