2 days ... 2 days after owning the vehicle the fan stopped working. Took it to our mechanic here in town (no VW dealership) who took a look and couldn't figure it out and low and behold, the fan started to work. Jump to 6 days later and the fan stopped working again. This time for good. Had to call Roadside Asst. to have our car towed 5 hours down the highway. Car got there on a Thursday and wasn't looked at until Monday (I understand, they were busy) and they confirmed it was infact the blower motor that failed. They ordered a part and it was installed the next day. Was so stressful dealing with the Customer Service people at the call center ... Was so disappointed this happened 2 days after owning the car.
