The issue happened when it started to show wrench icon on the dashboard flashing with transmission,
I have notice that some time when the transmission on D Position the car is not moving
So i decided to check it, VW told me that they has 3 options
1- software update
2- change a control unit
3- change the gearbox
Then they decided to apply the 2nd option. It took more than one month to change
