The dealer told us that we just had 'bad luck'. I wonder if we have to get the transmission fixed every 100,000 kilometers.

Anybody knows something about production problems that year?

2010 golf, doing same as reported in earlier posts.

It shifts hard or not at all on occasion, but dealer says nothing wrong.... Now charging For the repair now that the warranty has run out!

Gotta be Something we can do!!

Bad noise comes from car when shifting with 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd gear.Ang shaking when shifting gear.I sent to service 2 times but engineers says that there isnt any problem.I am sure that after my car will be out fo warranty service will say yes there is a problem.There ara a lot of complaint about Turkish Volkswagen service.
