I bought the car and they had to change the engine control only after 15000 miles. On March 2013 they told me to have fixed the problem and it shall not happen again. Later, at the end of the year, had to change the clutch and now it's been 21 months only and the car is dead and I have to change the control again. Despite the fact that the car has been in the VW service center for more than a week, the mother company in Germany said I have to pay 50% of the cost, which is around $1000. Now I am waiting for their reply as it hasn't been two years since I've changed the control. I totally take care of the car and always on time for service at the VW center, now I am waiting for their reply.
Either I will not pay a penny or I will sell the car and won't recommend to work with this company anymore.
