Seat belt roller failure. Came home from running a few errands, car has about 43K miles on it, and I noticed the seat belt would not retract fully. I tried to pull it and get it to function correctly, but it wouldn't budge in or out. After a few tries, I managed to get it to release fully, but it still will not retract fully. Seems like replacement of the roller is needed to repair.
