AC/Heater vents are not blowing any sufficient air from 3 of the 4 dash vents. Foam from the system's insulation is coming out of those vents. A Volkswagen dealer quoted me an estimate of $2,567.80 to completely remove the dash and repair the mechanism's flapper doors and it's insulation problem. Evidently, this is an extremely labor-intensive process. There needs to be an easier way to repair this problem and at a far lower cost. Poor design and engineering - in my estimation.
NOTE: I DID NOT have this repair performed since the cost was approaching near the total resale value of this car.
