Volkswagen sucks!!!!!
Now we have the recall of the Ticaka airbags!!!! Cant be fixed ,dont know when or if it can be replaced and they want me to drive with my kids in this unsafe car.
I have now bitten the bullet and leased a new Pissat to get in a safe car ,because no other car manufacturer would take the car. I have 8 months remaining on the lease and they rolled over my remaining payments in the new lease making it much higher than it should be for this car. I am furious that this is my problem!!!! they should have eaten those remaining payments. I never received any notice about this airbag situation by mail or by the service guys when it was in service for the battery . As a repeat customer the least they could do was to eat those payments. I had no other choice but to lease another car from them to get out of the unsafe EOS.
I tried to lease a Lexus and turn the car over to them but they wanted nothing to do with the car with those airbags in them.
Amazing how the consumer is always screwed.
