Coils going out before the spark plugs!?!?! Add on the fact that it looks like I will probably have to change them again now (a year later, 12k miles).
VWs are terrible. Coils going out less than 60k mile and than again 12k miles later. Radiator had to be replaced at 36k miles, right past the warranty period and distance ($3600 repair job at the dealer... I did it for less than $200). Special tools and a lift are needed to change the transmission fluid. Special diagnostic tools needed (vag.com). Special tool needed to change the break pads.
I was told by the dealer that this car was considered a luxury vehicle. Seems to not have come with the luxury of being reliable! ... unlike all the Toyotas and Hondas i have owned in the past.
Next car will not be a VAG car.
