I had the air bag replaced due to a massive safety recall. The clock spring stopped working. The dealership said they will cover the replacement. Problem is VW has been under a mass backorder and have been for a really long time. This is a major problem considering the horn does not work. In case of an accident the airbag will not work either. What can I do in this situation?
