The story of my vehicle is simple: have a manufacturing defect in the electrical system to fail to recognize, however try to summarize as much as you can what happened since I bought my car.
On November 30, 2010 Highline model canceled my Crossfox 1.6 start to review my new car and test the electric glasses, these were not working. The reason provided by the employee: "When washing the vehicle, entered the water and crossed a fuse." You can imagine that answer ... A new Volkswagen would enter the shop for an array caused by washing. I was asked to wait a moment for solving the problem, though it took longer than planned so I withdrew from the store without my new car.
That same day the representative of Euroshop / Peruwagen informs me that my new car had an electrical problem and had to enter the workshop for review. Always relying on the mark, we agreed a temporary delivery, which was not performed because new electrical failures occurred. The radio is turned on and off, the glass did not go up or down.
After 35 days of canceled and the car can not be delivered by continuous faults in the electrical system had sent a complaint letter on January 3, 2011 where annulment of the sale. In reply on January 10, 2011, receipt signed by the General Manager Euroshop SA where he explained the reason for the damage presented which I quote letter "defects electrical performance of the glasses and radio in your vehicle is due to the disconnect the cables that transmit electricity required for the fitting pre-delivery to all new vehicles are subjected, this, according to all electrical connections are isolated factory for safety, corresponding to Dealer enable them in their entirety prior to delivery. "Securing well" that there is not a manufacturing fault in this or in any sense. "
With the security and tranquility that could offer me a brand like Volkswagen and with the assurance that the problem presented by the vehicle due to poor conditioning in the pre-delivery I get the car relying on what was said by his agent: the vehicle had no malfunctions, or failures in the electrical system emphasizing that during the time from the initial date of delivery until the day I received it, had made series of tests, ensuring that the electrical fault that caused the claim did not exist and therefore there would problem in the future by the same theme.
For a while, the car did not present problems, however the November 13, 2012 the failure of the electrical system and that is why the claim that according to the statement by the legal representative of the company did not exist, it became apparent once more. Do not open the door of the trunk, the remote control system was blocked. In vain tried to unlock the time of the visit to the shop, the car they stayed all day for review. I was informed that a piece of electrical sheet of the trunk should be changed to be malfunctioning. I had to take the car again at a later date, November 26, 2012, to change what piece with me again indicate that the problem is solved.
A month later, December 3, 2012, a new incident occurs, this time electric latches do not respond to the remote control, the car could not be closed. This time the technician found that one of the fuses (electrical system) was burnt, remedied the problem with the change, pending a return visit to the workshop for further review. The review was given on 13 December 2012, where it informs me that found the cause of the problem, the "unity of comfort" was defective and caused the burning fuse. Spare change once again telling me that the problem is solved was conducted. But on Saturday, January 5, 2013 this year, is resubmitted failure. Unresponsive remote control (opening and central locking), and electric latches do not work. Early Monday take the vehicle back to the workshop for review. Review it again and tell me that the problem is solved.
The failures are becoming more so continue asking me to leave the car, once again, a complete overhaul. Always a conciliatory mood, I agreed to the request, leaving the car on April 13 at the workshop. I picked it up on April 30, allegedly arranged. A new car fixed. They told me they changed again the comfort unit and had reviewed the entire electrical system of the car. Again I said that the problem was solved, but days later, on May 2, 2013 to enter the studio again, this time does not work reverse sensor. They fix it again, but this time the carpet of the trunk fail.
Through the Sales Manager was intended to solve the problem trying to sell me a new car at a special price. So it comes to customers?.
