Dear VOLKSWAGEN Company
I’m writing to your good self to record that I’m very fed up from the service I have received favor your agency branch in Egypt which was happened several times since I started to deal with your agency in Egypt. First I would like to introduce my self to your respective company Name: Yasser Hussien Mahmoud Job: Area General manager of some hotels in Sharm El Sheikh,Egypt Car: CROS FOX Car Color: RED Car Number: 3884 south Sinai, Egypt
It was my first time to deal with your company on 2006 after I bought a car Crse Fox and on the first maintenance during the guarantee period I recorded some broke down points related to the Electronic system like to open and to close the car door automatically , the electric door glass and other problems related to that issue and I was shocked when the Engineer answered that the spare parts are not available at that moment in the agency and when I asked about the solution they answered that I have to come back within a month or two months and I did ,then I asked again after three months as the car still in the guarantee period and also the problem is not a result of misusing but unfortunately they gave the same answer that the spare parts are not available.
At that time I realized that I got wrong when I chossed that brand and I got my decision not to deal with that agency but in a very limited deals and I started already to do the monthly maintenance and the oil changing through other maintenance centers because I don’t like that way to deal and I don’t want to deal with that agency in the future but I was forced to deal again when the kilometer counter got 50000 kilo to change the car beltings then years have been gone and i was mainly dealing with other maintenance center (HYNDAIY) because they are very fast , good attitude and have good prices comparing with the services. That’s till the end of May 2012 when suddenly one of the car lambs signal was lighted by RED , i stopped immediately and i got a car carrier because I’m locating in sharm el sheikh and the agency lies on Cairo and i sent the car on 14/06/2012 to the maintenance center. immediately the responsible engineer received the car giving us his mobile Number promising that he call to inform about the car problem and after passing one day , two days three days we didn’t receive any call , we tried to call him from our side and he assured that in few days he will inform about the problem and nothing happened till this moment.
Today and more than 10 days passed , no one can inform me about the car problem or its type in order to find an alternative for the car to serve my needs , i don’t know how many days will be taken to repair my car or the problem type and that’s my only car i don’t have any other alternative cars , as a result i faced a lot of problems specially in my work . So i decided to write to you to find a fast solution ,when i got my decision to buy that car that’s because i trust in your brand name.
Please reply as sson as possible to a customer bought a car because he trusted in VOLXWAGEN brand.
