I need this problem sorted out as I cannot at a later stage be responsible for an engine repair which the dealership in question is responsible for. They did the p d i and sold the vehicle to me and on my first service I complained about the engine being noisy, so if they are not capable then v w needs to be more proactive as it is their product that is in question. ( p d i was not done correctly nor did v w barons repair it.)

I am also in a service provider business. I won't tolerate a client of mine complaining of bad service to me as it would be unacceptable.
