The electrical window problem has been a consistent pain in the Cabrio. Oxidation in the power windows has been reoccurring hassle. We've had to fix them probably about 3 times and replaced the driver side mechanism. What is really annoying is when replacing, for some reason it is difficult for mechanics to get the motor seated correctly. What then occurs is the window will roll half way up, then automatically go the full way down. After that you can then roll the window up after it freezes in the middle and restarting the roll up button press again. Currently the passenger side window is stuck in the up position, but we don't feel like paying $500 for the fix.
