Purchased the car as a CPO with 14k miles on it. During thge first week of driving I noticed the steering sudden pulls to the left or right but I thought it was the road being uneven on some spots that was causing it. The problem continued to get worse and more often also at locations which I had driven other cars with no problems. Took the car to dealer for an oil change and alignment and I explained the problem to the service advisor.
The car was aligned and it drove a bit better for about a week but the problem started again. I have had the same dealer align the car 2 more times without any improvements. Now this is a very dangerous problem for someone that does not have as much driving experience as I do as it can easily take the steering completely to one side or the other and causing a serious accident.
The lawsuit about the suspension in Florida is right on the money and VW Company must accept the responsibility and fix this issue before an accident with fatalities occur. I am planning to give dealer one more chance to come up with a fix and if they fail the lawsuit is my next move.
