Bought the car with 8k miles on it. It’s been a great car up until now. I only had to replace lights and wiper blades. I always check for recalls on anything that goes bad with my vehicles. The Airbag light came on and all of the buttons on the steering wheel stopped working. I checked on the ol' inter web for recalls and came across one for the clock spring, so I called VW and asked about it and they said that there are not any recalls on their system for it. I’d would like to know if anyone else had this problem, and did VW recognize the recall?
