I bought my 2012 CC brand new. I opened my sunroof about once, maybe twice a month. Every three months or so it gets stuck in the open position and I have to bring it in to the dealership for them to rest it. I have gone almost a whole year now of not opening the sunroof because I can't take more time off of work to have the roof reset before a rainstorm hits. I have a feature that is basically unusable.
