After waiting 7 months for a fuel pump control module for my 2012 VW vv, it is still not available. The first recall notice that I checked was 8/16/17. Therefore the work for this safety recall has not been done. Cutrubus motors in layton, ut told me today the replacement part is not available. After nearly 7 months VW has not repaired this safety recall in a timely manner. Frustrating. I had a similar problem involving an takata airbag replacement. When I finally did have an appoint they said they did not have this airbag replacement in stock. I had to come in a second time to get the airbag replaced.

Volkswagen in mt pleasant South Carolina had me bring my car in to get a fuel pump replaced. This was back in October of 2017. Volkswagen put a faulty fuel pump in my car and the car no longer runs. I spoke with the general mgr recently and the head tech - they said we cannot do anything for you. I also called Volkswagen customer service and they said its not their problem. They put a faulty fuel pump in my car

NHTSA recall number 17V509 was issued 8/16/2017. This VW recall is about a fuel pump failure. So far the fuel pump is ok, but a failure is potentially a big safety issue. As of 2/20/2018, VW does not have a date when a fix will be available. I want to trade in the Cc to buy an Audi, but the Audi dealer won't take a trade-in since there is an outstanding recall on the Cc. When will this be fixed?

Purchased my car and went to fill up with gas. After fueling the car would not start. After 10 minutes the car started so I drove back to the dealer. Only a 5 minute drive. The car then died while moving at 40 mph in the middle of the road. The engine and battery light came on. The dealer cleared the codes and the car drove out. Then was getting gas again a week later and the same incident occurred. Was in the middle of the city street turning and the vehicle died again.

NHTSA recall number: 17V509. Manufacturer recall number: 20ae. Fuel pump control module. I heard about the recall in August of 2017 and a letter was mailed to me October 2017 about the recall. It has been almost four months since the letter was received and the parts still are not available for VW to correct this. My vehicle has been losing power while the vehicle is in motion which has almost caused vehicle accidents on several occasions. It is a major hazard and very dangerous to myself and others around me when it happens each time and needs to get corrected asap. I'm filing this because the manufacturer (VW) has failed to remedy this safety hazard in a timely manner and they are unable to provide me with a date that it will be resolved. Meanwhile, I drive every day and the risks of an accident increase each and every day due to this problem.

Stepping on the accelerator does not always product motion. Dangerous situation when more acceleration is needed such as on an entrance ramp or passing other vehicles or having to accelerate to avoid a crash. This has been a constant since we purchased this car (new) in 2012. The dealer service department told us this a sport vehicle and there is not a problem with the car as long as we accelerate harder. The recall parts are still not available according to VW of orland park il.

Over the last several weeks (3-4) I've observed the Cc straining (as if the battery doesn't have the amps) to start the vehicle. This past weekend the car wouldn't start and I can't charge the battery enough to produce the cranking amps to turn it over. The local VW dealership states that they have not received instructions as to how to diagnose or repair the vehicle at this time. We have less than 45000 mile on the Cc - this shouldn't be an issue for this vehicle. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
