Harness in trunk cannot handle opening and closing. Harness breaks and cracks in one area. All of the wires have the insulation pulled away and one broken wire. Trunk latch stopped working but looking at the old harness all of the wires were bad and just a matter of time before they broke. Contacted VW but told nicely to piss off, out of warranty did not even want to investigate.
Stay away this company does not support there product. Seems I have to go to dealership and least once in-between services to have crap like this fixed at my expense and time.
Time to sell and go with a more reliable brand.
