both doors make loud torturous sounds when opened or closed

I purchased this car in 4/20/16, the passenger side door was not opened by me due to the unknown locking system which defers unlocking the passenger door by the keyless fob and must be unlocked manually by the driver once inside the car. It's a safety feature which I found later. Upon unlocking the passenger side door the car emits a torturous sounds which is extremely loud and makes everyone cringe, sounds as if someone is twisting metal . It has gotten worse over the past two months since I owned the car and the driver side door is now doing the same thing only not quite as loud.
