UPDATE Technical Bulletin (UPDATE ? 64C7 Window Motors):
This update has been proactively released to prevent window(s) entering pinch protection with no obstructions present. The Window "One-touch" does not work properly (window will not go up, or comes down on its own). The production solution for this issue was a New Window Motor design and calibration as of CW35/2012.
This document discusses the "Fault Codes" necessary to diagnosis, and potential remedy of the issue. The fault codes for checking warranty coverage for servicing the vehicle are also available.
