Car blows hot air with ac on at idle. Will not start blowing cold air until it gets above 10mph on the road and then works fine. I found different complaints online with people having the same issue. My 08 lancer has 187,000 miles and never have I had this issue. I'm so disappointed! I only bought this car because my wife really wanted one. But so far it's junk. I posted a separate issue with the driver side window not working. It's practically new I should not be having these issues!!
