The New Beetle is Crap! The entire car 2006. First reported problem to Boardwalk Auto in Redwood City, CA. They couldn't find anything wrong with it, until it fell out of warranty. I have talked with VW of America Corporate. They don't care! Jeff A at VW of AM. said, "well why would the dealer not fix the problem under warranty, they get paid for doing so from us" BINGO! VW of Am knows of all of the problems out there with this NEW Beetle. If they were to honor all the fixes with all of the problems they would go broke. I am attaching all of the websites with complaints below
