This started a couple years ago. Everything inside the car that has that plastic or rubber coating on it is failing. It is around the door handle; the bar over the glove box, the gear shift, the dashboard. It is getting really nasty because when you put the convertible down all the little things that fly in the car stick to it. The more you try to clean it the worse it gets. Can anyone tell me if they have this issue and if they have found anything to take car of it?

I have a sticky dashboard which started and was noticed at the beginning of 2020. I have bought several products recommended by the internet without any success in helping after each was applied. If there was a recall regarding this problem I need instructions on what to do. I definitely want a resolution. I was told this problem exists because of Volkswagen using less than adequate manufacturing material. Please help.
