Beetle 1.9L TDI

After telling an independent shop that the dealer said the check engine light and power loss was being caused by a clogged intake manifold, I was told they'd never seen that - it is the mass air flow sensor. When they told me they could put a new one on for a little over $200, I took it to them. Picked it up that day and the car ran great! But the check engine light came on a week later. Check engine light issues are now over $2000.

Trying to sell the car. First person who drove it said - "you've got a big problem. Your check engine light is on"!!!!!!
