2nd of my major complaints. I have not had use of this vehicle for nearly 3 months due to misdiagnosis and or no parts.
Vehicle has annoying and sometimes harsh vibration at highway speeds generally above 45 mph. Brought into dealer at 1500 miles and was asked if I like to purchase a wheel alignment. What? It's a brand new car.
While the car was also in for an ongoing check engine light that hasn't been resolved, I was told they rotated the tires. I was told that cars that sit on the lot for extended times get "flat" spots, although this car was only in stock 5 days. Dealer performed several alignments, hard alignments, several balances, tires rotations, but vibration is still there. I inquired about other drivetrain components such as drive shafts, motor mounts, etc. as a probable cause and was told no.
