We bought a 2021 SEL V6 Atlas and the first major rain storm the car was in resulted in our center console being flooded from a major sunroof leak. We dropped it off at the VW dealer and it's going on a week and they've yet to commit to a date to have the car repaired. They also left the car outside in the rain after we dropped it off, so for all we know they have mold science projects growing in there. We haven't even made the first payment yet and it looks like by the time it's fixed, it would have spent more time in the shop than our driveway. I'm considering starting the process of having this thing declared a lemon to force VW to buy it back.
