On several occasions, while stopped at red lights, the car just stalled out for no apparent reason creating a dangerous situation, especially when vehicles behind start to move forward because I'm expected to move forward when the light turns green. Since the purchase in August 2019, this dangerous condition has presented itself several times.
The first couple of times I thought it might have been because I wasn't totally familiar with the vehicle and its functions. But now, after a year, the issue still happens from time to time. Once again, it didn't happen for the dealer's technician to experience, and the vehicle's diagnostic systems showed no evidence of the issue. I'm not happy about this. How do I get in touch with a zone manager?
