I brought my vehicle for service to a VW dealership in April 2021, when I picked up the vehicle there was a large puddle of water on the drivers side door. I let them know and they said that the sunroof was clogged and it would be fine. Since than I've brought it in because there was a smell and other issues the continued to tell me there was not a problem. I recently brought it to a different mechanic and they took everything apart and found that the drainage system was not hooked up properly causing the water to drain into my vehicle. The carpets are wet and moldy, where the spare tire is located is filled with water. They need to take out the seats and replace the carpet padding.
