Coolant level in reservoir under minimum level again after getting car back just 3 weeks ago. Dealership is clueless as to where coolant is disappearing to. Jake S. from Volkswagen America would not get on the phone or return call the day the car had to go back in for 3rd time for coolant system problem. The dealership's only solution was to refill reservoir and send us back on our way. If we have two more trips back to dealership for a coolant system problem our Atlas qualifies as a Lemon under New York State Lemon Law. By law in NYS a manufacturer has 5 attempts to fix a problem successfully. Or 30 consecutive days to keep it and fix the problem. Please learn from my experience and misfortune with this corrupt company. Do not buy a Volkswagen.
Update from Apr 15, 2019: Worthless VW Customer Care Rep, Jake S., stated "It is perfectly acceptable to have to top off your coolant system each month". Even local VW Dealership Service Department said that is not true. VW America are nothing but a bunch of criminals.
