The contact owns a 2019 Volkswagen Arteon equipped with Continental Tires, Tire Line: ProContact TX, Tire Size: 245/35/R20, DOT Number: (N/A). The contact stated while driving 50 MPH, the vehicle started shaking without warning. The contact pulled over on the side of the road and noticed that the front passenger-??s side tire had a bump on the sidewall. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the tire was replaced. On another occasion, the contact noticed that the front driver-??s side tire had a bump on the sidewall. The vehicle was taken to the dealer again and the tire was replaced. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was unknown.
