il try and make it short and sweet!! This will be hard!
I bought a brand new corsa in march 2007, couple of weeks after buying it the red warning light kept appearing on the dash board for my airbag! I contacted the garage and it got taken in to b fixed!! (or they say it was fixed) I got the car back and the light was still re appearing on the dashboard. the car was taken in roughly 4 times. (i began to loose count!) They then decided to take the car in and have a good look at it. Only to find it needed a full new wiring harness. They kept my car in the garage and gave me a courtsy car for a few days! They then took that car off me and gave me a hire car. I had this hire car for approx a week then that one got taken off me aswell. only to be given another hire car! this was all extremely inconvenient as i had to take time out of work and my own time to sign documents and hand keys back etc! My car was in the garage for two and a half months getting fixed. This was unbelivable. During this time the garage never contacted me of any progress etc. I was always having to phone them and they NEVER returned any of my phone calls. this was very frustrating. The lies they told me was unaceptable. They told me the part was lost in the post, only to find out that they had ordered it rong and not ordered another one!aparently the second part got lost in the post too! Trading standards have also been involved. Many other problems were encountered with the garage but im trying no to go on to much. I eventually got my car back in december.
