the car is my dads who is an 80 year old pensioner and my dads brake cylinder went on his toyota yaris verso and although it is 10 years old it has only done about 64000 miles and his brake cylinder went which you would thought that it wouldn't go after so little usage. The most annoying thing is that toyota wanted to charge my dad £750 for a job that eventually cost my dad £260, £200 for the part and £60 labour. So for anybody out there please don't feel that you have to have your work done by the them just because they have diagnosed the problem for you, they are just there to rip you off good style. I would also like to add that when my dad got his car from them the brakes squeaked when you reversed and they had it back in a few times to check why it was doing that (and the last time they charged him for it) but since having the new brake cylinder on it no longer squeaks, it just makes you wonder doesn't it!!!! Hope this was helpful to someone
