I heard a growling noise on the highway. Sounded like when the rear wheel hub bearings on my 2003 Echo went out at about 200,000 miles. My Yaris only had 50,000 miles when I started hearing the noise. Replacement was relatively easy and can be done on your own. The rear wheel hub bearing is about $150 a piece on Amazon. Definitely not a part that I thought would get worn out at that low of mileage. Repair fixed the problem 100%.
