Perhaps the worst feature of the Yaris is the awkward driving position (lack of telescopic steering) and uncomfortable, unsupportive seats. For drivers over 5 feet tall, the steering wheel is too far away where the seat is in a comfortable distance from the gas and brake pedals. The lack of telescopic steering creates an uncomfortable driving position where the driver is reaching far to grasp the steering wheel (severe back strain), or has legs uncomfortably cramped. This is the WORST design feature of the car.
