The problem has never been solved inspite of taking the car to get it done more than 20 times in last 6 months, The brakes keeps on making cranking noise and does not stop the car when the brake is applied.
The mechanics keeps on saying there is no problem.
Update from Jul 7, 2010: Further to our complaint, we have already filed a case with TOYOTA MOTOR THAILAND and the case is coming up for hearing on the 15-16th of this month.
On the June 3rd, I had gone to meet the Asst.Managing Director of TOYOTA MOTOR THAILAND to submit a letter informing that I want to stop using the car until the problem is sorted out and on arriving their office I asked to meet the Secretary of Mr. Vichien Emprasertsuk to submit the letter. After 30 minutes of waiting, she did not turned up but 5 SECURITY PERSONAL OF TOYOTA MOTOR turned up telling me that they are escorting me to their meeting room.
On entering the elevator, instead of pressing the button of their another office, they pressed G to take me down. On checking with them they said they are going to escort me to the security control area which means that my life is in Danger. While in the elevator, they told me that anybody coming in this building has to follow the rules, on asking which rule I have not followed, they replied that it is their duty to maintain the peace in the bldg.
On reaching the check area, I returned the gate pass and while taking my ID card back, the security personal snatched it away from the staff, on seeing this I snatched it back and told him that he has no right to hold this card and went away.
Dear Toyota users, please NOTE THAT TOYOTA MOTOR THAILAND DOES NOT BELIEVE IN THE CUSTOMER RELATION.
THEIR MAIN AIM IS TO SUPPLY THE SUB STANDARD VEHICLES, AND IF THE BUYER COMPLAINS AND TRY TO CONTACT THE EXECUTIVES, THEY WILL SEND THEIR LAWYER SAYING THAT IF ONE TRIES TO CONTACT ANY EXECUTIVES HE WILL BE DEALT WITH STERN ACTIONS.
WE HAVE FOUND ANOTHER EVIDENCE THAT THE CAR SUPPLIED TO US 17 MONTHS AGO IS AN OLD RECONDITIONED CAR WHICH WAS SOLD TO US AS A BRAND NEW CAR.
THIS IS A CASE OF CHEATING AND WE ARE SUBMITTING ALL THE EVIDENCE TO THE COURT TO TAKE THIS AS A SEPARATE CASE.
SO YOU ALL BE AWARE THAT IF YOU BUY A TOYOTA CAR, YOU MIGHT END UP LIKE US.
MAY GOD BLESS ALL THOSE USING THESE JUNK CARS SUPPLIED BY TOYOTA MOTOR WORLDWIDE.
