A very annoying noise is noticeable when going over uneven road terrain such as pavers and/or those small road reflectors separating lanes in a double highway. Brought it to dealer and technician couldn't find the problem. He took a new Venza off the lot and took it for a ride and heard the same noise he heard in my car. Head technician said there is nothing wrong with car as both my car and lot car had the same noise. It must be that every Venza has the same noise and is therefore not a problem.
I am not convinced at all. I am looking for someone who has the same problem.
Update from May 28, 2015: This is to update my initial complaint about my 2015 Venza. I brought it back to the dealership and asked that a Toyota factory representative be there to see if he could find the problem. There were two men there that weren't reps from Toyota but atleast the dealership had someone else there besides the technician. We all took my car for a ride so they could hear the problem and they did. AGAIN, we took a lot vehicle out and it made the same noise. We also took out a RAV 4 and by golly it made the same noise. I did not have a leg to stand on. It must be some common denominator with the suspension or something like that. They don't have a fix. Therefore, the noise to me was so annoying, I will not buy another Toyota product again and I have owned many and I told them so. I am only one person so they don't care if I buy from them again. If you would be annoyed by the same noise, don't buy a Venza.
