I have the same problem reported by many other Toyota Venza owners. Toyota Highlander owners also have reported the same problem and are lucky enough to have been recognized as a significant enough sized group to "coerce" Toyota to issue a "Warranty Enhancement Program - ZF1", extends their sun visor assembly warranty coverage for up to 7 years from date of first service with no mileage limitation. No such luck for those of us who own Venzas, which has essentially the same assembly mechanism as the Highlander.
It falls down an blocks the view when driving. It is sad that they put such cheap product in such an expensive car. Mostly concerned because of the blocking of the windshield while driving. This should be a recall product they should have on their site but so far it is only for Highlanders.
