This problem occurs very often on Toyota Venza, from 2009 to 2015, Toyota should make a recall on this, this is a manufacture default, differential oil seal are not strong enough on the Venza, Toyota company do nothing about this problem, they live the owner alone, cost around $700 Canadian to replace two oil seal at the Toyota dealer
