Where has quality gone? When I reported the issue to the service rep. He advised he had seen the same problem at a previous dealership at much lower mileage. Less than 20,000. I then asked why there wasn't any recall or warranty considerations. No answer, just...I've seen it before on much lower mileage vehicles. Made me feel great, estimate to repair was going to be about $500. It would require a senior tech. to do further diagnostics and repair. I lost it, told him this was total BS, when we made decision to purchase the car, we based it on quality. Unfortunately not our first or last issue. We have a 2002 Ford Mustang with over 140k mikes all original regulators still work!
