The contact owns a 2019 Toyota Tundra. When the contact dimmed the headlights, there was limited visibility. The contact was unable to see much further beyond the hood. The contact described the condition as being similar to having a brick wall in front of his vehicle, blocking the headlights. The vehicle was taken to dick dyer Toyota (240 killian commons parkway, columbia, SC 29203, (803) 786-4111) where it was determined that the headlights were in the specifications for parts. The dealer only tested the vehicle during the morning rather than at night when the testing was needed. The manufacturer was contacted and provided a case number. The manufacturer called the dealer and confirmed that everything was ok. The failure mileage was 3,500.
