The wiper speed, while on high is not fast enough for a moderate rainfall. I was caught in a slightly above average downpour on the highway and I had to reduce my speed by almost 40mph to get a little visibility back. All other vehicles near me flew right past with their wipers on high without any issue. They need to speed up the wiper motor.
