2014 Tundra with 28K miles on it had two power lock actuators fail within one month. Luckily the vehicle was still under warranty. Warranty has now expired as of Mid April 2017 and the other two power lock actuators have now failed. It is a safety concern as rear seat passengers cannot exit vehicle without manually moving lock and vehicle alarm will not arm until locks are engaged manually. Dealer told me that this was a problem with all Tundra vehicles. You would think a company like Toyota would issue a Service Bulletin to get this rectified.
